* inspiring people..their spirit of life make us learn to embrace*

One day, i watched The Oprah Show. If i’m not mistake, they talked about inspiring people. People who still happy living their life even they’re disabled. One of the person i attracted to Ben. He is blind since he was 3 years old. But by clicking his tongue he can live like normal people. His tongue-clicking make some voice that echoes back so he can sense the environment just by hearing those echoes. Not just ’see’ like normal people do but he also can describe what it looks like or even the quality of the object. This ability is like animal (bats, dolphins, and whales) that making a sonar sound to recognize the environment so they can fly/swim and catch their prey.
Few day later (today, 3rd July 2007), again, I saw a tv show in Metro tv (more like discussing the disability) that discussed about the ability which Ben has. I just knew that this ability called echolocation. More spesific, what Ben’s doing called human echolocation. What made me touched was when little Ben ran to her mom and said that couldn’t see. Her mom said wisely that he still can see by his hands, his ears, and his nose.
Ben now is studied like normal kids with help a Braille book and a laptop.Do whatever kid does.He can throw a basket ball into a basket, even ride a bike (and know where the cars parked) alone. There’s another person talked in the show who has the same ability like Ben, but i forgot his name =p He even teached his ability to another blind people.
